{"id":5904,"date":"2026-03-23T17:13:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-23T16:13:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zdigitalagency.com\/?p=5904"},"modified":"2026-03-24T17:34:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T16:34:12","slug":"tracking-server-side-pour-la-nlpd-guide-de-conformite-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zdigitalagency.com\/fr\/tracking-server-side-pour-la-nlpd-guide-de-conformite-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9parer : les erreurs Claude Cowork"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>\u00ab Failed to Start Workspace \/ Can&rsquo;t Reach Claude API \u00bb et \u00ab sdk-daemon not connected \u00bb sur Windows 11<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous venez d&rsquo;ouvrir Claude Desktop sur Windows 11 et que vous avez rencontr\u00e9 l&rsquo;une de ces erreurs dans l&rsquo;onglet Cowork, vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas seul \u2014 et la solution est plus simple que vous ne le pensez.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Les Erreurs<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les utilisateurs de Claude Cowork sur Windows 11 (Home et Pro) rencontrent fr\u00e9quemment deux erreurs qui emp\u00eachent le d\u00e9marrage de l&rsquo;espace de travail :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Erreur 1 :<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Failed to start Claude&rsquo;s workspace \u2014 Can&rsquo;t reach the Claude API from Claude&rsquo;s workspace. \u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parfois pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e de :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Taking longer than expected to reach the Claude API\u2026 \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Erreur 2 :<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0sdk-daemon not connected\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces deux erreurs apparaissent m\u00eame si votre connexion internet fonctionne parfaitement et que le mode Chat classique de Claude n&rsquo;a aucun probl\u00e8me. L&rsquo;onglet Cowork refuse simplement de se lancer. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce qu&rsquo;il se passe r\u00e9ellement<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claude Cowork ne s&rsquo;ex\u00e9cute pas directement sur votre machine. Il fonctionne \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une machine virtuelle Linux d\u00e9di\u00e9e, propuls\u00e9e par Hyper-V (plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le Host Compute Service de Microsoft). Cette VM est g\u00e9r\u00e9e par un service Windows appel\u00e9   <\/span><b>CoworkVMService<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le probl\u00e8me est le suivant : ce service peut s&rsquo;arr\u00eater tout seul \u2014 apr\u00e8s un red\u00e9marrage, une mise \u00e0 jour Windows, une mise en veille, ou m\u00eame de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire. Lorsque le CoworkVMService est arr\u00eat\u00e9, la VM Cowork ne peut pas d\u00e9marrer, l&rsquo;adaptateur r\u00e9seau virtuel n&rsquo;est jamais cr\u00e9\u00e9, et Claude Desktop affiche des messages d&rsquo;erreur cryptiques indiquant que l&rsquo;API est injoignable. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les messages sont trompeurs. Votre connexion internet va bien. L&rsquo;API de Claude va bien. C&rsquo;est le service local de la machine virtuelle qui ne tourne pas.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La Solution (en 3 \u00e9tapes)<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>\u00c9tape 1 : Forcer la fermeture de Claude Desktop<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fermez compl\u00e8tement Claude Desktop. Ne vous contentez pas de cliquer sur la croix (X) \u2014 l&rsquo;application continue souvent de tourner en arri\u00e8re-plan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ouvrez le <b>Gestionnaire des t\u00e2ches<\/b> (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), allez dans l&rsquo;onglet <b>Processes<\/b>, et terminez <b>chaque instance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Claude. Cherchez les entr\u00e9es nomm\u00e9es \u00ab Claude \u00bb ou \u00ab Claude Desktop \u00bb et cliquez sur \u00ab Fin de t\u00e2che \u00bb pour chacune. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00c9tape 2 : Red\u00e9marrer le CoworkVMService<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Ouvrez <b>PowerShell en tant qu&rsquo;administrateur<\/b> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faites un clic droit sur le menu D\u00e9marrer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">S\u00e9lectionnez <b>Terminal (administrateur)<\/b> (ou \u00ab Windows Terminal (Admin) \u00bb).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ex\u00e9cutez la commande suivante :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><code><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start-Service CoworkVMService<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a aucun message en retour, cela signifie que \u00e7a a <b>fonctionn\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Si vous voulez v\u00e9rifier le statut :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><code><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get-Service CoworkVMService<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous devriez voir :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><code><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status   Name               DisplayName<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<p><code><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ------      -----                      -----------<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<p><code><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Running  CoworkVMService    Claude<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00c9tape 3 : Relancer Claude Desktop<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Ouvrez Claude Desktop et allez dans l&rsquo;onglet <b>Cowork<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Attendez 30 \u00e0 60 secondes \u2014 la VM a besoin de temps pour d\u00e9marrer et \u00e9tablir sa connexion r\u00e9seau. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est tout. Cowork devrait maintenant d\u00e9marrer avec succ\u00e8s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence rapide : Solution en une ligne pour l&rsquo;erreur \u00ab\u00a0<em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failed to start Claude&rsquo;s workspace\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour ceux qui veulent une <strong>solution rapide \u00e0 copier-coller<\/strong>, ouvrez PowerShell en Admin et lancez :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><code><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stop-Process -Name \"Claude\" -Force -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue; Start-Service CoworkVMService<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puis relancez Claude Desktop.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdigitalagency.com\/fr\/contact\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5629 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdigitalagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/cta-tim.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdigitalagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/cta-tim.png 600w, https:\/\/www.zdigitalagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/cta-tim-300x75.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nPourquoi cela continue-t-il d&rsquo;arriver ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le CoworkVMService est install\u00e9 avec un type de d\u00e9marrage \u00ab <b>Manuel <\/b>\u00bb<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et non \u00ab Automatique \u00bb. Cela signifie que le service ne d\u00e9marre pas avec Windows ; il compte sur Claude Desktop pour le d\u00e9clencher. Lorsque quelque chose interrompt ce processus (un plantage, une mise \u00e0 jour, une sortie de veille), le service reste arr\u00eat\u00e9 et Cowork plante.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malheureusement, la modification du type de d\u00e9marrage en \u00ab Automatique \u00bb via PowerShell est souvent bloqu\u00e9e par des restrictions d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s sur le service. C&rsquo;est un probl\u00e8me connu signal\u00e9 sur le GitHub d&rsquo;Anthropic (issues #24918, #25241, #27010). Anthropic publiera probablement un correctif officiel dans une future mise \u00e0 jour.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En attendant, le red\u00e9marrage manuel est la solution la plus fiable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Foire aux Questions<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Ai-je besoin de Windows 11 Pro pour Claude Cowork ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas n\u00e9cessairement. Cowork peut fonctionner sous Windows 11 Home, m\u00eame si cette \u00e9dition ne dispose pas de certains composants Hyper-V (comme la prise en charge compl\u00e8te de WinNAT), ce qui peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Si vous rencontrez des erreurs \u00ab Classe non valide \u00bb lors de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de   <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get-NetNat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, vous touchez peut-\u00eatre une limite de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition Famille qui n\u00e9cessite un autre contournement ou une mise \u00e0 niveau vers Pro.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Est-ce que NordVPN \/ d&rsquo;autres VPN affectent Cowork ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les logiciels VPN peuvent interf\u00e9rer avec le r\u00e9seau virtuel de Cowork, m\u00eame lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont d\u00e9connect\u00e9s. L&rsquo;adaptateur TAP du VPN peut entrer en conflit avec la configuration NAT Hyper-V de Cowork. Si les probl\u00e8mes persistent, essayez de quitter compl\u00e8tement votre application VPN (ne vous contentez pas de la d\u00e9connecter, fermez l&rsquo;application).  <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Je vois \u00ab Virtualization is not enabled \u00bb alors qu&rsquo;elle est activ\u00e9e dans le BIOS<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&rsquo;est un probl\u00e8me distinct.
