How to develop a brand?
In the wine market, a crowded online space, the aim was to create a brand. Through events, feminine branding differentiation and social media, a 360Ā° strategy was developed to create from scratch a strong brand recognition in Switzerland first, and in Europe after.

How to differentiate the product?

In a market were margins are very low, the main challenge was to differentiate the product as an experience and a service. The large experience created has been a real vector for loyalty and the service (with a focus on education) has created a real value-added for both members and margins.

How to get e-commerce traffic?

With limited marketing means, the startup had to face a traffic acquisition issue. The plan created was leverage local targeted SEO, a backlinking strategy and a content marketing strategy. The result has been a 80% organic traffic acquisition.
